Palestinian Statehood

Since 1967, nearly 2 million Palestinians have lived under Israeli military occupation, subjected to brutal force in defiance of international law. In 1987 the Palestinian people responded with the "Intifada," or uprising, against the occupation. This program examines Palestinian survival under Israeli occupation and why peace and justice require Palestinian independence. Produced by Dana Dunnell Tony Kandah and Mark Bruzonsky for the Jewish Committee on the Middle East (JCOME)
